Round the Town By Mrs. Addison Hill

Round the Town by Mrs. Addison Hill: Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Patterson were pleasantly surprised Sunday when they arrived home from church services. Their children greeted them with a dinner and a beautiful birthday cake honoring Mr. Patterson.

Those attending from Memphis were Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Pruitt and their three children, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Patterson and their two children, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Patterson and their two children, Mr. and Mrs. Jackie Lawrence and their three children. Also attending were Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Patterson and son, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Rowan, and Mrs. Patterson’s sister and her husband. Three of the Patterson’s daughters could not attend because of distance. They were Mrs. Anna San Jose who lives in El Salvador, Mrs. Helen Cole who lives in Huntington Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Thelma Jo McDaniel whose husband is with the American embassy in Anchorage, Turkey.
