DRUMMONDS – Janie Reamonia Rann | 17, clerk for Abbott Diamond Enterprises, died Thursday at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Munford Funeral Home with burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Drummonds. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She leaves her great-grandparents who raised her, Reamonia and John Abbott of Drummonds; a half-brother, John Abbott Peak of Texas, and her grandmother, Barbara Shelley of Drummonds.

Janie was born on February 24, 1986, and died on September 18, 2003. She is buried in Poplar Grove Cemetery with other family members including her mother, Mona Lynn Shelley Rann Peak (1967-1990), and father, John Curtis Rann (1962-1986). She was raised by her great grandparents, John Dearwood and Reamonia R Millican Abbott. Reamonia, the great grandmother, was born on June 24, 1932, and died on November 20, 2010. Mr. Abbott was born on November 4, 1927, in Arkansas. I have no record of his death.
